Main Research Areas
  • Synthesis
    Technology

Utilizing organic and inorganic synthesis as well as catalyst technologies, we synthesize advanced materials and eco-friendly solvents. We explore optimal routes to ensure economic feasibility while conducting research for new business developments such as HBM (High Bandwidth Memory), inorganic photoresists and materials for all-solid-state batteries

  • Distillation
    Technology

Based on extractive distillation, azeotropic distillation and reactive distillation techniques, we develop customized distillation purification technologies that adjust the content of specific components and suppressing the generation of impurities according to customer needs. We perform lab-scale, pilot-scale and demo plant operations based on simulations to provide process solutions suitable for large-scale production.

  • Ultra High
    Purification
    Technology

We remove impurities through methods such as adsorption, extraction and catalytic reactions based on the characteristics of the impurities.
Additionally, we utilize inhibitor-based technologies to suppress impurity formation, researching high-purity techniques that meet customer needs.

  • Analysis
    Technology

Utilizing equipment such as chromatography, GC-MS, ICP-MS and ICP-MSMS, we can conduct precise analysis required by customers in the semiconductor, display and battery fields and we research the causes of impurity generation and removal techniques based on this analytical technology.
